摘 要:观音岩水电站坝基中的砂岩、砾岩中的钙质沿层面或陡倾角节理面流失,残留砂土形成规模或大或小的砂糖状岩体或空腔,水泥灌浆难以侵入溶蚀砂形成的胶结体内,难以形成有效的帷幕体。化学灌浆材料具有良好的可灌性,可有效解决溶蚀砂化岩体水泥灌浆无法解决的问题,有效提升坝基防渗能力。介绍了观音岩水电站化学灌浆的施工工艺,以及所采用的"小流量、低压慢灌、逐级升压、长历时、逐步收敛侵入"化学灌浆方法。压水试验成果表明,化学灌浆取得了明显效果。Due to the erosion of ground water, the calcium in sandstone and conglomerate is lost along the plane or the steep dip joint surface in dam foundation of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, and the residual sand is formed in a larger or smaller size of granulated sugar like rock mass or cavity. From the situation of cement grouting construction, it is difficult to invade and form an effective curtain. The chemical grouting material has good grouting property, which can effectively solve the problem in cement grouting and effectively improve the anti-seepage ability of dam foundation. The construction technology of chemical grouting in Guanyinyan Hydropower Station and the grouting method of "Small flow, low pressure, step-by-step pressure rise, long duration, gradual convergence invasion" are introduced herein. The results of water pressure tests show that the chemical grouting effect is remarkable.
