摘　　要：本文结合我国独立院校办学特点以及社会需求,以西安交通大学城市学院过程装备与控制工程专业为例,探讨了应用型人才培养方案和课程体系改革。介绍了独立学院转应用技术型院校的必要性,着重阐述了应用型人才的培养模式及主要措施。Based on the characteristics of Independent Colleges in China and the social demand situation,taking the process equipment and control engineering specialty of City College of Xi＇an Jiao Tong University as an example,the training program of applied talents and the reform of curriculum system are discussed. This paper introduces the necessity of applying technical college to independent colleges,focuses on the training mode of Applied Talents and main measures.
