摘　　要：导师通过课程教学、论文指导、思想引导和潜移默化,在学生的知识、能力、素质和人格培养中起着关键的作用。除了导师要提高自身素质外,必须建立正确的评价机制,创造有利于创新型研究生培养的环境,搭建好学科创新平台,努力提高生源质量,才能充分发挥导师培养创新型研究生的作。The tutor through the course teaching,the thesis guidance,thought guidance and subtle,in the student＇s knowledge,ability,quality and personality training plays a key role. In addition to the teachers should improve thei. ,own quality must establish correct evaluation mechanism,create to innovative research environment for the cultivation of the graduate and build a good discipline innovation platform,and strive to improve the quality of students,in order to give full play to the teacher role in cultivating the innovative research.
