摘　　要：网络化时代,自媒体可以促进大学生就业能力的提高。但免费的自媒体平台很多,所以利用自媒体促进大学生就业能力的提高必须差异化,要结合大学生自己的专业和能力,开辟一条新的道路。本文简析了自媒体的概念及其特点,并结合具体案例,指出了几点可行性对策,以供参考。Network era,we media can promote the improvement of college students＇ employment ability. But free from many media platform,so use we media to promote the improvement of college students＇ employment ability must be differentiated,college students should combine their own professional and ability,open up a new path. The article discusses the concept and characteristics of we media,and combined with the specific case,points out some （easible countermeasures,for your reference.
