基于校企俱乐部的“三位一体”职业发展模式初探——以东南大学土木工程学院为例

摘　　要：当前大学生就业形势愈加严峻,就业已成为全社会关注的焦点问题。在新时期新挑战下,东南大学土木工程学院依据卓越工程师人才培养计划,通过科学、全面的调研,积极推进校企俱乐部的建立,探索校企合作新模式,在此基础上提出基于校企俱乐部培养的"三位一体"职业发展模式,并制定针对性的工作措施,从而积极有效保障学院职业发展教育工作的顺利实施。The employment situation of current college students is very serious, employment has become the focus of the whole society. Under the new challenges and new period, school of civil engineering proposed the club training mode of ＂trinity＂ career development basing on outstanding engineers training plan, through the scientific and comprehensive surveys, actively promoting the establishment university-enterprise clubs, exploring new model of university-enterprise cooperation, the school develops targeted measures according to the research results, so as to effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of college career development education work.
