蒿芩麻杏石甘汤对支原体肺炎患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察蒿芩麻杏石甘汤对支原体肺炎患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,对照组用阿奇霉素治疗;研究组用蒿芩麻杏石甘汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后细胞免疫功能变化。结果:两组治疗后CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IL-10水平均下降,对照组TGF-β1升高、研究组TGF-β1降低,且治疗后对照组各指标改善均优于研究组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒿芩麻杏石甘汤治疗支原体肺炎能有效调节细胞免疫功能,增强机体免疫能力,促进康复。Objective： To observe the effect of Haoqin Maxing Shigan Decoction on cellular immune function of mycoplasma pneumonia patients. Method： 80 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. The control group were treated with azithromycin while the study group were treated with Haoqin Maxing Shigan Decoction. Cellular immune function of both groups before and after treatment was compared. Result： After the treatment, the level of CD4^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and IL-10 of both groups decreased, TGF- β1 of the control group increased, TGF-β1 of the study group decreased. After the treatment, the level of above indexes of the control group was higher than that of the study group. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Haoqin Maxing Shigan Decoction could regulate cellular immune function, enhance immunity of body and promote rehabilitation in treating mycoplasma pneumonia.
