全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用。方法:选取广东省中医院2015年3月至2016年3月收治的30例糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,每组15例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用全程健康教育模式下的护理,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为66.7%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用全程健康教育模式护理管理能够帮助患者改善症状,提高治愈信心。Objective To analyze the entire health education model in diabetes care management. Methods A hospital in March 2015 to March 2016 were treated 30 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups of 15 patients in control group received routine care group was observed in the control group based on the use of full health education mode of nursing, analyze its role. Results The total effective observation group was 86.7 % vs 66.7 %, the difference was signifi cant（P 〈0.05）. ConclusionThe full health care management education model can help patients improve symptoms cure confi dence.
