宝鸡地区成年健康人群血清胱抑素C参考区间调查

摘　　要：目的：建立宝鸡地区成人血清胱抑素C（Cys-C）的参考区间。方法对健康成人男性720例、女性722例采集静脉血标本，采用颗粒增强散射免疫比浊法测定其血清 Cys-C的浓度。结果宝鸡地区健康成年人 Cys-C水平男性高于女性（t＝11.625，P＜0.05）。男性、女性 Cys-C 水平均随年龄升高而增高（男：F＝48.908，P＜0.05；女：F＝59.801，P＜0.05）。该地区健康人群血清Cys-C的参考区间男性：44岁以下为0.56～0.98 mg／L，45～59岁为0.59～1.08 mg／L，60～74岁为0.69～1.24 mg／L，75岁以上为0.72～1.28 mg／L；女性：44岁以下为0.52～0.98 mg／L，45～59岁为0.56～0.99 mg／L，60～74岁为0.59～1.12 mg／L，75岁以上为0.69～1.22 mg／L。结论健康人群血清Cys-C浓度存在着年龄和性别差异，应建立自己实验室健康人群血清Cys-C的参考范围。Objective To established reference range of serum cystatin C（Cys-C）by the investigated data from healthy people in baoji.Methods Venous blood samples from healthy adults of male 720 cases and female 722 cases were collected,and then they were detected serum cystatin Cys-C by particle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay method.Results The mean of serum Cys-C of healthy adults men was higher than women’s （t=11.625,P〈0.05）.The levels of serum Cys-C of male and female increase with age （male：F=48.908,P〈0.05;female：F=59.801,P〈0.05）.The serum Cys-C level’s reference intervals of healthy adults in Baoji were as following：male：0.56~0.98 mg/L （≤44 years）,0.59~1.08 mg/L （45~59 years）,0.69~1.24 mg/L （60~74 years）,0.72~1.28 mg/L （≥75 years）;female：0.52~0.98 mg/L （≤44 years）,0.56~0.99 mg/L （45~59 years）,0.59~1.12 mg/L （60~74 years）,0.69~1.22 mg/L （≥75 years）.Conclusion The level of serum Cys-C of healthy adults was a significant difference between age and gender.So every laboratory should establish their own reference range of serum Cys-C.
