一期清创缝合联合特定电磁波照射治疗骨科术后切口脂肪液化的疗效观察

摘　　要：将2008年1月至2014年1月骨科手术后切口脂肪液化的46例患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组（23例）和对照组（23例）。治疗组采用一期清创缝合联合特定电磁波照射治疗；对照组采用湿性愈合方法治疗。切口平均愈合时间治疗组为（14.3±2.0） d、对照组为（22.1±3.9） d，平均换药次数治疗组为（2.3±1.1）次、对照组为（14.8±7.2）次，两组比较差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。治疗组切口均一期愈合，无感染发生，对照组4例发生感染。提示一期清创缝合联合特定电磁波照射治疗术后切口脂肪液化，能够减少换药次数、缩短液化切口愈合时间。Forty six patients with incision fat liquefaction after orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups from January 2008 to January 2014.Patients in treatment group （ n=23 ） received debridement and primary suturing combined with specific electromagnetic irradiation and those in control group （ n=23） received moist dressing healing only.The average healing time of treatment group and control group was （14.3 ±2.0） and （22.1 ±3.9） d, respectively （P〈0.05）; the average number of dressing change in treatment group and control group was 2.3 ± 1.1 and 14.8 ±7.2, respectively （ P〈0.05 ）.There was no case of complicated infection in treatment group , while there were 4 cases of infection in control group.The results indicate that debridement and primary suturing combined with specific electromagnetic irradiation can reduce the number of dressing change , shorten the wound healing time in treatment of incision fat liquefaction after orthopedic surgery.
