摘  要:将2008年1月至2014年1月骨科手术后切口脂肪液化的46例患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(23例)和对照组(23例)。治疗组采用一期清创缝合联合特定电磁波照射治疗;对照组采用湿性愈合方法治疗。切口平均愈合时间治疗组为(14.3±2.0) d、对照组为(22.1±3.9) d,平均换药次数治疗组为(2.3±1.1)次、对照组为(14.8±7.2)次,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗组切口均一期愈合,无感染发生,对照组4例发生感染。提示一期清创缝合联合特定电磁波照射治疗术后切口脂肪液化,能够减少换药次数、缩短液化切口愈合时间。Forty six patients with incision fat liquefaction after orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups from January 2008 to January 2014.Patients in treatment group ( n=23 ) received debridement and primary suturing combined with specific electromagnetic irradiation and those in control group ( n=23) received moist dressing healing only.The average healing time of treatment group and control group was (14.3 ±2.0) and (22.1 ±3.9) d, respectively (P〈0.05); the average number of dressing change in treatment group and control group was 2.3 ± 1.1 and 14.8 ±7.2, respectively ( P〈0.05 ).There was no case of complicated infection in treatment group , while there were 4 cases of infection in control group.The results indicate that debridement and primary suturing combined with specific electromagnetic irradiation can reduce the number of dressing change , shorten the wound healing time in treatment of incision fat liquefaction after orthopedic surgery.
