复方当归美白淡斑霜的制备及评价

摘　　要：目的优化复方当归美白淡斑霜的配方及制备工艺。方法采用单因素实验对乳化剂种类、乳化剂用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、中药加入方式、中药加入量等因素进行考察。结果确定了复方当归美白淡斑霜的基质配方为：蜂蜡、液体石蜡、十六醇、二甲基硅油为油相,甘油为保湿剂,杰马BP、尼泊金丙酯为防腐剂,卡波940为增稠剂,单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温-60为乳化剂。最佳制备工艺为：乳化剂加到油相中,乳化温度控制在85℃,乳化时间控制在5-10 min,基质乳化匀质后再将中药提取物加入其中混匀。结论该工艺制得的复方当归美白淡斑霜质量稳定、外观性状符合要求,滋润性、保湿效果及美白效果良好。OBJECTIVE To select compound angelica whitening cream matrix and optimize the formula. METHODS The method of single factor variable was adopted to screen the kinds of emulsifier,emulsifier dosage,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature,the content of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese herbal medicine to join the expedition to optimize formula,then to obtain a cream which has the best stability performance and elegant appearance. RESULTS The matrix of the whitening cream was beeswax,cetyl alcohol,dimethyl silicone oil,liquid paraffin as oil phase,with glycerol as moisturizing factor,liquid germall plus BP and propyl p-hydroxy benzoate as a preservative,carbopol 940 as thickener,glycerol mono-stearate and tween-60 as emulsifier. The emulsifier in oil method was the optimum process to prepare cream,with emulsification temperature controlled at 85 ℃ and emulsifying time controlled in 5-10 minutes. Finally the herbal extract was added to blend in the matrix. CONCLUSION The compound angelica whitening cream has the best stability and elegant appearance and has a preliminary identification of good whitening effect.
