胺碘酮和美托洛尔联用致严重心动过缓1例

摘　　要：目的通过1例联合使用胺碘酮和美托洛尔致严重心动过缓的病历分析,评估用药期间心率监测的重要性。方法对患者的病史、用药情况、心率变化和治疗情况进行综合分析。结果患者出现严重心动过缓与联用胺碘酮和美托洛尔很可能相关。结论联用胺碘酮、美托洛尔时应注意监测心率,加强监护,以避免心脏不良事件的发生。OBJECTIVE To emphasizes the importance of heart rate monitoring and pay attention to the severe bradycardia when metoprolol and amiodarone are combined. METHODS The medical history,medications and heart rate variability of the patient were analyzed. RESULTS Severe bradycardia of the patient might be caused by combining amiodarone with metoprolol. CONCLUSION Heart rate should be monitored regularly to prevent the occurrence of serious adverse cardiac events when they received amiodarone with metoprolol.
