摘　　要：白细胞介素-12(IL-12)是一种免疫调节因子,它能促进CTL细胞的应答能力和NK细胞的增殖及杀伤功能,调节TH1/TH2的分化平衡等。IL-12的独特性质表明其可能对控制乙型肝炎病毒复制起着重要作用。IL-12 is an immune regulating factor,and it can promote the function of killing CTL cell response the proliferation of NK cells,and the regulation of TH1 / TH2 differentiation balance. These unique properties suggest that IL-12 may plays an important role in controlling the replication of hepatitis B virus.
