摘　　要：液相色谱－质谱（ LC－MS）技术在临床实验室检测中的应用越来越广泛，与之相关的质量管理要求也越来越高。本文根据CLSI C62－A指南从检测限和测量区间下限、线性和稀释、不精密度、检测干扰和正确度等方面具体描述LC－MS检测方法的确认过程，希望能够为LC－MS检测的确认提供参考。Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry （ LC-MS） is becoming more and more widely used in clinical laboratory ,and LC-MS related quality management requires more rigid than it was .According to CLSI C62-A,this article provides a reference for the validation procedure of LC-MS assay, including limit of detection and lower limit of the measuring interval , linearity and dilution, imprecision, assay interferences and trueness.
