摘　　要：骨疾病的早期诊断和治疗非常重要，骨显像剂99mTc亚甲基二膦酸盐（MDP）作为经典的骨显像药物在诊断骨转移瘤或其他骨疾病中发挥着重要的作用，但是还是不能满足，临床对骨疾病的诊治的需求，因此需要大量的新型显像剂来弥补99mTc亚甲基二膦酸盐（MDP）存在的不足。如，99mTc乙二胺四甲撑膦酸（HEDTMP）、153sm—HEDTMP、177Lu乙二胺四甲撑膦酸（EDTMP）、99mTc-亚甲基氨基二膦酸（AMDP）18F-氟化钠（NaF）、11C-胆碱、11C-蛋氨酸（MET）等新型显像，从亲骨性、血液清除率、对比度等各个方面得到提升，克服传统骨显像剂存在的不足。It＇s very important for early diagnosis of skeletal system diseases, especially for bone tumor diseases.99mTc- MDP is a bone imaging agents used for bone diseases diagnosis commonly; however, 99mTc -AMDP could not satisfied for diagnosis and provied enough information for treatment. Therefore,new bone imaging agents are need exploitation emergently.More other bone imaging agents have been development. For example,99mTc-HEDTMP, 153Sm--HEDTMP, 177Lu-EDTMP, 99mTc-AMDP, 18 F- NaE 11C- MET, which appeared more seeker, better blood clearance and contrast ratio, and so on.
