摘 要:通过一套包含381家生产类农民合作社的大样本调查数据和二值选择模型,实证分析了合作社所在农产品产业链环节的市场结构对其获取议价权的影响。研究表明:当前的农民合作社普遍还不具备获取议价权的市场条件和规模实力,行业壁垒也难以形成;但是那些成立之初选择经营需求弹性不大的农产品、同业竞争性合作社少、所在地区农民组织化程度高、实施品牌战略的合作社获取议价权的概率明显更高;指出了农民合作社争取更高产业链利益的可能性及其未来发展方向。Based on 381 questionnaires of farmer cooperatives and the binary choice model, this paper empirical- ly analyzed the influence of market structure of the point which farmer cooperatives locate in agricultural industrial chain on the acquirement of bargaining power. The results of the studies show that current farmer cooperatives generally don't have the market conditions and the? scale strength to gain the bargaining power, and it's difficult to set up industrial barriers. However, those farmer cooperatives dealing in products of less demand elasticity, with fewer rivals in the same industry, high degree of organization of farmers, and implementing brand strategy, are more likely to gain the bargaining power. This paper also revealed the likelihood that farmer cooperatives strive for higher benefits in industrial chain and its development direction in the future.
