学术论文“形式作者”现象剖析

摘　　要：针对当前我国学术研究领域中出现的一些不当署名现象,文章认为,伴随我国科研实力的不断提升,"形式作者"作为社会转型期的负产品,败坏了正常的学术研究风气,挫伤了人们学术创新的积极性,导致了逆向选择的非理性后果,加剧了学者之间的两极分化,形成了某些控制学术资源的"学匪"等怪异现象。因此必须提高认识,完善法律,采取有力政策、措施及加强自律等,刹住"形式作者"这股歪风,为我国学术研究提供良好氛围。After an analysis of the phenomenon of improper authorship, a by-product of the social transformation of China, along with its rising and regular academic research ethos and dampens researchers＇ enthusiasm the paper argues that ＂pseudo-authorship＂ is scientific research ability. It corrupts normal in academic innovation, leading to irrational consequences of adverse selection. It intensifies the polarization of academic researchers and scholars with the result of a strange phenomenon that some of them turn into the so-called ＂academic bandits＂ who are able to control and manipulate academic resources. Based on the above understanding, this paper proposes that related laws and regulations should be improved, practical and forceful policies and measures must be implemented and self-discipline must be strictly practiced so as to stop the unhealthy trend brought by ＂pseudo-authorship＂ and provide the normal research atmosphere.
