摘　　要：文章将编辑修养的构成作为编辑修养研究的一个出发点,聚焦于图书编辑,提出"图书编辑修养的构成"主题。将"图书编辑修养的构成"分解为"使命感的修养""专业分工与出版技能的修养""人文社科杂家的修养""识别力的修养""书感的修养""编辑激情的修养"6个要素;并模仿马斯洛需要层次理论,将它们组织成六层,在详细论述了这六层的基础上,扼要揭示了它们之间的联系。At first, the paper takes research on the constituents of editorial self-cultivation as a starting point, focuses on book editors, and proposes the constituents of self-cultivation of a book editor. Furthermore, the self-cultivation of a book editor contains 6 elements： ＂specialization and publishing skills, versatility in humanities and social sciences＂ ＂discernment sense of book＂ and ＂editorial passion＂. The six elements are organized as six levels as imitation of Maslow＇s Hierarchy of Needs. In the end, the paper expounded the six levels, and indicates their relations succinctly.
