摘　　要：晚清民国时期,商务印书馆的编审制度经历了由"编著一体"向"编著分离"的变迁过程。编审制度变迁之目的在于规范编辑职业,增强其存在的合理性,同时通过制度变迁提高企业绩效。The editing institutions of Commercial Press changed from ＂editing and writing together＂ to ＂editing and writing separately＂ during the period of late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. The press changed editing institutions in order to regulate editors, enhance the editors＇ rationalities, and improve the economic performance.
