摘  要:针对电源柜薄壁整体承载结构的特点,出于结构安全和使用可靠性考虑,对电源机柜的结构进行了有限元仿真分析。介绍了电源柜的结构特点,建立了有限元模型,详细描述了模态分析算法原理及仿真。仿真结果表明,电源柜振动主要集中在侧板上,但是最大振幅位移均低于1mm,电源柜整体刚度满足设计要求;分析结果可为电源柜初期研究和改进提供理论参考,可降低设计成本,减少试验次数,缩短开发周期,从而节约设计成本,提供产品质量。According to the characteristics of the power cabinet thin-walled monologue structure,for structural safety and reliability considerations,using the finite element simulate and analyze the power cabinet. Introduced the structure characteristics of power cabinet,established finite element model,and described in detail the principles of modal analysis algorithm and simulation. The simulation results show that the power cabi-net vibration focused on the side panel,however,the maximum displacement amplitude were lower than 1mm,the overall stiffness of the power supply cabinet to meet the design requirements;analysis results can provide theoretical reference for the study and improvement of power cabinet early,which can reduce design costs and the number of tests,shorten the development cycle,saving design costs and provide quality products.
