摘 要:探讨JC 7.38tex赛络集聚纱的工艺设计和质量控制措施。JC 7.38tex赛络集聚纱要依据马克隆值、长度、整齐度、单纤维长度等指标来进行配棉,优选工艺参数,做好设备的维护与保养工作,严格按照规范化进行操作,合理科学控制车间温湿度等,顺利纺制出符合质量要求的纱。认为:结合车间管理工作,在纺制纯棉细号纱的过程中形成一套成熟工艺与技术路线,有助于纯棉细号纱品质的提高。Technology design and quality control measure of JC 7.38 tex siro condensed yarn were discussed. According to micronaire,length, uniformity, single fiber length and other indexes, cotton were assorted. Technology parameters were optimized, equipment should be maintained well, operation should be normalized, temperature&humidity should be controlled reasonably. JC 7.38 rex siro condensed yarn was spun successfully and the quality meet requirements. It is considered that according to workshop management, the mature technological process should be formed in cotton fine yarn spinning process in order to improve the quality of cotton fine yarn.
