梳棉双齿锡林针布的使用实践

摘　　要：探讨梳棉双齿锡林针布的工艺效果和使用实践。介绍了双齿锡林针布的分梳机理及性能特点,在DK760型和C51型两种梳棉机上进行了实际使用,就针布使用时间、出条速度等方面与常规新型针布做了对比试验;对使用双齿锡林针布后的有关梳棉工艺选择、盖板针布配套以及双齿锡林针布管理工作等进行了探讨。实践表明:双齿锡林针布在降低生条棉结杂质、成纱十万米纱疵,提高成纱条干、成纱强力等质量指标方面效果较为理想。认为:选用双齿锡林针布,并相应做好梳棉工艺优化及盖板针布配套工作,可有效提高生条质量和成纱品质。Technology effect and practice of carding double cylinder clothing were discussed. Combing mechanism and characteristics of double cylinder clothing were introduced. Double cylinder clothing have been used in DK7 6 0 and C51 carding machine and compared with the conventional new clothing from clothing use time, sliver delivery speed and so on. Related carding technology selection, flat clothing complement and double-tooth cylinder clothing management were discussed. The practice shows that the advantages of double-tooth cylinder clothing is obvious in aspects of reducing card sliver neps and impurities, decreasing yarn defects, im- proving yarn evenness and strength. It is considered that card sliver quality and yarn quality can be improved effectively through selecting double-tooth cylinder clothing and optimizing carding technology ＆ flat clothing complement.
