摘 要:总结近年来喷气织机上采用的节能新技术。从我国喷气织机的使用状况出发,介绍了主机设备企业关于喷气织机的结构设计、纺织企业引纬工艺的优化设计和生产管理技术措施等,论述分析了近年来喷气织机上所采用的减振、减气量、减气压、减少跑冒滴漏、热能回收再利用等节能新技术。认为:喷气织机的节能需要主机设备企业从"硬件"设计、纺织企业从优化使用的"软件"方面共同努力。New energy saving technologies for air-jet loom in recent years were summarized. Started from the usage condition of air-jet looms in our county, new energy saving technologies for air-jet loom in recent years were reviewed and analyzed from aspects of the structural design of air-jet loom in main equipment enterprises, design optimization of weft insertion technology and production management technology in textile enterprises and so on, which including vibration attenuation, decreasing air consumption, reducing air pressure, decreasing leakage, recycling and reusing thermal energy and so on. It is considered that the energy saving of air-jet loom needs to work from both the hardware design of main engine equipment and the software optimization using in textile enterprise.
