摘 要:目的 :依据荧光共振能量转移(fluorescence resonance energy transfer,FRET)原理,设计一种碳量子点(CDs)与光敏剂二氢卟吩E6(Ce6)的复合体系。方法:使用短链钝化剂,通过一步水热法合成表面富含氨基的CDs,再通过经典的NHS/EDC反应将Ce6与CDs复合。利用荧光光谱仪、透射电镜、红外光谱仪、紫外-可见光吸收光谱等评价CDs以及CDs-Ce6体系的理化性能。结果 :CDs-Ce6体系具有良好的水溶性,且有明显的一单氧产出。结论 :CDsCe6体系设计改善了纯Ce6不溶于水的缺点,且一单氧产出明显,有望成为一种理想的新型光敏剂。Objective To design a CDs-Ce6 system from carbon dots (CDs) and Chlorine E6 (Ce6) based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) principles. Methods An one-step hydrothermal method was used to fabricate CDs with abundant amino-groups in the surface. Then the as-prepared CDs were conjugated with Ce6 through the classical NHS/EDC reactions. Furthermore, CDs and CDs-Ce6 system were evaluated with photoluminescence emission measurements, transmis- sion electron microscopy (TEM), fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, UV-Vis absorption and so on. Results The CDs- Ce6 system showed excellent hydrophilicity. Its singlet oxygen quantum yield was obviously higher than that of pure Ce6. The FRET-based CDs-Ce6 system was good at singlet oxygen quantum yield, and it was expected to become an excellent photosensitizer.
