摘 要:目的 :研究甲状腺正常组织的介电特性,为电阻抗扫描技术用于检测碘致甲状腺疾病提供理论依据。方法 :从135例刚手术离体的甲状腺组织中分离正常组织95例,利用阻抗分析仪Solartron 1294、Solartron1260和Agilent4294测量组织10 Hz^100 MHz的介电特性,通过建立数学模型等手段获得甲状腺正常组织的电导率、阻抗虚部、Cole曲线等参数。结果:在所测频率范围内,甲状腺正常组织的介电特性反应良好,电导率为0.28~0.8 S/m,第一特征频率主要分布在104~105 Hz,该频率对应的虚部值为-38^-60Ω·cm。结论:介电特性可以反映甲状腺功能信息,提示电阻抗扫描技术有望用于碘致甲状腺疾病检测领域。Objective To study the dielectric characterization of normal thyroid in vitro to provide theoretical foundation for applying electrical impedance scanning to detecting thyroid diseases.Methods Ninety-five healthy thyroid tissues were extracted from 135 fresh thyroid glands, and then underwent examinations with Solartron1294, Solartron1260 and Agilent4294 on dielectric characterization from 10 Hz to 100 MHz. Mathematics model was established to determine the parameters of the healthy thyroid tissue such as conductivity, imaginary impedance, Cole-Cole impedance plots and etc. Results With the frequency range from 10 Hz to 100 MHz, thyroid tissue behaved well in dielectric characterization, which had the conductivity from 0.28 to 0.8 S/m, the first characteristic frequency from 104 to 105 Hz and the corresponding imaginary impedance value from -38 to -60 Ω·cm.Conclusion Dielectric property reflects the functional state of thyroid gland, and electrical impedance scanning is indicated to be a choice for detecting thyroid diseases.
