一种新颖医疗设备状态卡的设计

摘　　要：目的 :设计一种简单实用的拨盘式医疗设备状态卡,来准确地标志医疗设备的运行状态,从而提升医院医疗设备临床使用质量与安全管理水平。方法:在一个可旋转的圆形拨盘上划分多个区域,将医疗设备运行的所有状态分别标志到拨盘的每一个区域,从而通过旋转拨盘来实现多个医疗设备运行状态的切换。拨盘式医疗设备状态卡主要由拨盘、前挡板、后挡板、转轴和磁铁组成。结果:在临床应用6个月以后,医院83个科室的医疗设备运行状态与该医疗设备状态卡所标志的运行状态一致,无状态卡丢失情况发生。结论:相较于其他医疗设备状态卡,拨盘式医疗设备状态卡能够及时准确地标志医疗设备的运行状态,且操作简单、易保存、美观大方。Objective To explore a simple and practical medical equipment status card to accurately identify the operation status of the medical equipment, thus to enhance the quality and safety management of medical equipment. Methods A rotatable and circular dial was divided into multi areas indicating the statues of medical equipment, and then the switch of medical equipment statuses could be executed by rotating the dial. The medical equipment status card was composed of the dial, frontscreen, back shield, shaft and magnet. Results Six-month trial proved that the card behaved well in identifying the operation statuses of medical equipment from 83 departments, and there＇s no any card lost.Conclusion The card reflects the statuses of medical equipment timely and accurately, and gains advantages in operation, storage and appearance.
