野战传染病帐篷的分区制作和应用

摘　　要：目的 :设计并制作一款能够在野战环境下收治传染伤病员的帐篷。方法 :结合现有制式37 m2网架折叠卫生帐篷(帐篷A)的结构特点,在其内部设立隔离帐篷(帐篷B);帐篷B成"蚊帐"状,底部为原帐篷A地布,顶棚和四周紧贴帐篷A内壁,形成具有4个独立病室的传染病帐篷。结果:该帐篷制作简单、易搭建和撤收;在不破坏原有帐篷的结构下,可以与任意一顶37 m2制式网架卫生帐篷进行组合,形成传染病专用的隔离帐篷,便于大量隔离病室的扩展。结论:帐篷内分区能够满足野战环境下收治传染伤病员的需要,实现简单的野战隔离救护,值得推广。Objective To design and construct a tent to hold infectious patients in field conditions. Methods The infectious tent was manufactured based a 37 m^2 framework folding tent （abbreviated as tent A）, which had tent A＇s ground fabric as its base and had its ceiling and walls hanging to tent A＇s interior. There could be 4 infectious tents formed in tent A at most. Results The infectious tent behaved well in manufacture, deployment and withdrawal, had no deconstruction effect on the original tent, and could be used to hold massive infectious patients. Conclusion The tent partition satisfies the need of acceptance of infectious patients in battlefield environment, and thus is worth popularizing practically.
