摘 要:目的 :通过对比呼吸门控采集技术与常规采集技术所得的图像,找出呼吸门控技术的优势;监测技师在使用该技术时所受的辐射剂量,从辐射防护角度验证该技术的可行性。方法:从2015年3月1日至8月30日间接受PET/CT检查的患者中选择50例符合条件的患者,入组条件为患者肺部孤立性结节。在常规PET采集之后加做呼吸门控技术采集,请1位主治医师(博士)、1位主任医师进行盲测,对比2次采集病灶的形态大小、最长径、体积以及标准摄取值(standard uptake value,SUV),出具详细的核医学报告;利用个人辐射检测仪监测技师使用该技术时所受的辐射剂量,利用统计学软件进行分析。结果:采用呼吸门控技术后,很大程度上减少了患者呼吸运动带来的伪影,病灶显示更清晰、边缘更易于区分,使测量病灶的长度、体积、SUV等结果更加准确。参照放射人员辐射安全标准,分析技师安装和拆卸呼吸压敏元件所受的辐射剂量符合安全规范。结论:在符合技师辐射剂量安全标准的前提下,对肺部孤立性结节的患者采用呼吸门控技术采集,是PET采集抵消呼吸运动伪影的一个可行性高、效果好的技术,值得临床广泛开展应用。Objective To compare the images obtained by respiratory gating technology and conventional collecting technology to determine the advantages of respiratory gating technology, and to monitor the technician radiation doses to prove the feasibility of respiratory gating technology from the aspect of radiation protection. Methods Totally 50 patients undergoing PET/ CT examinations from March 1 to August 30 in 2015 were enrolled into the study with the screening condition being solitary nodule. The patients went through conventional PET collection and respiratory gating collection in turn. Then three doctors, including one with intermediate title and doctor degree and two ones with senior titles, carried out blind test on morphology, longest diameter, volume and standard uptake value (SUV), and prepared nuclear medicine reports. The radiation doses exposed to the technicians were measured by the personal dosimeter, and then analyzed with statistics software.Results Respiratory gating technology reduced the artifacts resulting from respiratory motion, and behaved well in displaying the foci and calculating their lengths, volumes and SUVs. The radiation doses exposed to the technicians when they installed and disassemble respiratory pressure-sensitive element met the requirements of radiological staff radiation safety standard. Conclusion Respiratory gating technology gains advantages in radiation safety and artifact compensation when used to examine the patient with lung sohtary nodule, and thus is worthy promoting chnically.
