摘　　要：目的 :通过对医用注射泵进行计量检测,有效预估及降低医用注射泵的使用风险。方法 :依据JJG(苏)80—2012《医用输液泵、注射泵检定规程》对某三甲医院的456台医用注射泵进行计量检定,并对结果进行深入分析。结果:该院医用注射泵的外观、患者漏电流、输注完毕报警、输注残留报警、输注受阻报警、外置电源线脱落报警、输注累计量报警和清零、注射器识别功能、气泡检测报警等项目合格率都是100%,各通道输注流量示值误差、累计量示值误差、流量测量稳定性、流量测量重复性项目的合格率分别为86.93%、82.19%、94.44%、84.48%,总体合格率较高。结论:应重点关注医用注射泵使用情况,并采取预防性维护,保证医用注射泵的使用安全。Objective To estimate and reduce the risks of medical micro-injection pump by metrology detection.Methods Totally 456 medical micro-injection pumps in some tertiary grade-A hospital underwent metrology detection according to JJG （Su） 80--2012 Medical Injection Pump and Infusion Pump Testing Procedure, and the detection results were analyzed.Results The pumps involved had the qualification rates being 100% for appearance, patient leak current, alarm after transfusion, residual solution, obstructed transfusion and loose connection of external power line, alarm and reset of accumulated transfusion solution, recognition of injector, bubble detection and alarm and etc, and the qualification rates for flow indication error, indication error of accumulated solution and stability were 86.93%, 82.19%, 94.44% and 84.48% respectively. Conclusion The risks during the operation of medical micro-injection pump have to be paid attention to, and preventive maintenance can enhance the safety.
