摘　　要：目的 :探讨建立医用电子直线加速器(以下简称"医用加速器")应用质量控制区域中心的形式和方法,增强区域内加速器的质量控制整体水平,降低区域内加速器的应用风险。方法:根据该医用加速器定期质量控制要求,分析其日检、周检、月检及年检项目的具体内容,列出相应的质控设备配置清单;确立设立区域质量控制中心的单位和分节点,研究其人员、设备配置需求,制订区域质控中心运行流程。结果:设置该医用加速器区域质量控制中心可以减少医院开支,加强区域内部技术交流,强化质量控制的意义和效果。结论:该医用加速器区域质量控制中心的设置可以有效地规避医用风险,减少对患者带来的额外损伤,降低医疗事故的发生率。Objective To discuss the form and methodology of establishing the regional quality control center of medical linear accelerator, improve the quality control on utilizing medical linear accelerators within regions, and reduce the risks of using medical linear accelerators within regions. Methods The contents in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections were analyzed according to periodical quality control requirements of medical linear accelerator, and the quality control equipment list was proposed. The units and nodes of the regional quality control center were explored from the aspects of staff and equipment, and the flow for the operation was established for the regional quality control center. Results The establishment of the regional quality control center of medical linear accelerator reduced the cost of hospitals, enhanced the communication of technology within regions, and strengthened the significance and effects of quality control. Conclusion The regional quality control center of medical linear accelerator can effectively avoid medical risks, reduce extra injuries on patients and lower the probability of medical incidents.
