摘 要:目的 :探讨全向楔形板(Omni wedge)在临床中的应用。方法 :从虚拟楔形野的实现方法、Omni wedge 3个组成部分权重计算和Omni wedge最大有效楔形角度计算3个方面阐述全向楔形板的实现方式;分析Omni wedge因子的特性与质保质控方法,介绍Omni wedge的剂量学优势及在脑部和胸部肿瘤治疗中的应用。结果:Omni wedge能够提供和常规楔形板类似的剂量分布,射野边缘的最大差别在±5%之内,可实现的有效楔形角度有最大限值。结论:Omni wedge的应用能够改善靶区均匀性,降低机器跳数,提高治疗效率与治疗计划质量。Objective To explore the clinical application of Omni wedge.Methods The implementation mode was described from the aspects of realization of virtual wedge field, weight calculation of three components of Omni wedge as well as maximally effective wedge angle. The characteristics of Omni wedge and its quality assurance and quality control methods were analyzed. The dosage advantages of Omni wedge were introduced and its application was studied in the treatment of cerebral and breast cancers. Results Omni wedge realized dose distribution similar to that by conventional wedge plate, with the maximum difference at the field margin limited between -5% and +5%, and the effective wedge angle obtained had the maximum limit.Conclusion Omni wedge improves target area uniformity, decreases mechine units, and enhances the efficiency of treatment and the quality of treatment plan.
