摘 要:目的 :探讨并分析气动传输系统在缩短标本周转时间中的作用。方法 :选取400例标本,每例标本分为2份,分别作为对照组和试验组。对照组:采用传统方式运输标本,即临床各科室派护士或护工将采集好的标本送到检验科;试验组:运用现代气动传输系统由各基站将采集好的标本发送到检验科。每组包括血气标本100例、血常规100例,凝血标本100例及生化标本100例。采用实验室管理系统搜集并统计分析2组标本处理各阶段周转时间、运输时间、标本损坏率及总标本周转时间,分析气动传输系统在运输标本方面的优越性。结果:人工运输标本时,实验室总标本周转时间为血气44 min,血常规50 min,凝血79 min,生化81 min,标本损坏率为3‰;采取气动传输系统运输标本时总标本周转时间为血气15 min,血常规19 min,凝血41 min,生化45 min,标本损坏率为2.5‰。经统计学处理,标本周转时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),标本损坏率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过应用气动传输系统可以在不增加标本损坏率情况下大大缩短标本送检时间,明显缩短标本周转时间,利于临床医生及时得到检验结果。Objective To investigate and analyze the application of pneumatic tube system in shortening the sample turnaround time. Methods Totally 400 pieces of samples were enrolled into the study, including 100 ones for blood analysis, 100 ones for blood routine examination, 100 ones for blood clotting examination and 100 ones for biochemistry analysis. Each of the samples was divided into two parts which were involved into an experimental group and a control group respectively. In the experimental group, the samples were sent to the laboratory medicine department by the nurse or nurse aid, while in the control group, the samples were transported by the pneumatic tube system. The two groups were analyzed with the lab management system on phase turnaround time, transport time, sample deconstruction rate and total turnaround time, so that the advantages of the pneumatic tube system could be determined. Results In the control group with manual transport, the values of total turnaround time of blood gas analysis, blood routine examination, blood clotting analysis and biochemistry analysis were 44, 50, 79 and 81 min respectively, and the sample deconstruction rate was 3%0; in the experimental group with pneumatic tube system, the values of total turnaround time of blood gas analysis, blood routine examination, blood clotting analysis and biochemistry analysis were 15, 19, 41 and 45 min respectively, and the sample deeonstruetion rate was 2.5%v. Statistical analysis proved the differences between the total turnaround time were significant (P〈0.01), while those between the deconstruction rates were not obvious (P〉0.05).Conclusion Pneumatic tube system decreases the time for sample submitting and turnaround and has the sample deconstrnetion rate not increased, and thus facilitates the doctor to obtain the examination results in time.
