益气活血法治疗冠心病介入术后再发心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血方治疗冠心病介入患者再发心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取60例冠心病介入术后再发心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用抗血小板聚集、扩冠、调脂等基础治疗方案,治疗组在基础治疗方案上加用益气活血方,通过随访观察2周,比较两组患者在胸痛、胸闷、心悸、气短、疲倦乏力等中医症状的改善情况、心电图ST-T改变情况、左室射血分数EF值及C反应蛋白(CRP)变化情况。结果两组在心绞痛改善、中医症状改善情况、心电图ST-T变化、左室射血分数EF值及CRP变化情况的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方能显著改善冠脉介入术后再发心绞痛的症状,改善心电图缺血变化,改善心室收缩功能,降低血管炎症指标。Objective To explore the curative effect of the therapy of enriching qi and activating blood on recurrent angina pectoris after the intervention therapy for coronary artery disease . Methods 60 patients with angina pectoris after intervention therapy were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases .The control group received anti‐platelet aggregation ,expansion of the crown ,lipid‐lowering and other basic treatments ,while the treatment group underwent the therapy of en‐riching qi and activating blood after the routine treatment .Follow‐up surveys were conducted for 2 weeks to compare the changes in chest pain ,chest tightness ,palpitations ,shortness of breath ,fatigue and other TCM symptoms ,and the changes in ECG ST‐T results ,the left ventricular ejection fraction values and the C‐reactive protein （CRP） changes .Results There existed significant differences （ P 〈 0 .05） in the im‐provement of angina pectoris symptoms ,TCM symptoms ,electrocardiogram ST‐T changes ,left ventricu‐lar ejection fraction and CRP changes （ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion The therapy of enriching qi and activating blood can significantly improve the symptoms of recurrent angina pectoris after coronary intervention ,can improve the ischemic status and ventricular systolic functions and can decrease inflammation indexes .
