摘　　要：目的探讨90Sr/90Y敷贴治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法将175例各型痤疮病人采用随机分组方法,分为90Sr/90Y敷贴治疗组和外用药物治疗的对照组,经治疗20d后观察两组治疗效果的差异,同时对90Sr/90Y敷贴治疗的临床各型痤疮疗效进行对比分析。结果 90Sr/90Y敷贴治疗总治愈率达72.04%,显效率为91.39%,优于外用药物对照组,两组对比存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论 90Sr/90Y敷贴为治疗痤疮病人提供了简便、快捷、疗效突出的治疗方法。ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of 90Sr/90Y plaster application on acne .Methods 175 cases of various types of acne patients were randomly divided into the 90Sr/90Y plaster application group and the external medication control group . The difference in clinical effect in both groups were observed after 20 days of treatment .And the effect of 90Sr/90Y plaster application on different types of acne were analyzed .Results The total curative rate was 72 .04% and the markedly effective rate was 91 .39% in the 90Sr/90Y plaster application group （ p 〈 0 .05 ） .Conclusion T he 90Sr/90Y plaster application can produce good clinical effect on acne .
