摘 要:超声波制浆技术具有工艺流程简单、低成本、低能耗、低污染、低排放的特点,符合当今绿色环保的主流理念。本文初步探究了超声波麦草浆配抄纸基壁纸原纸时纤维原料的配比、填料、助剂的选择与添加后纸张性能的变化。结果表明,在优化条件下,纸基壁纸原纸的不透明度为96%,干抗张强度为5.41kN/m,湿抗张强度为0.76kN/m,伸缩率为0.87%~0.98%,撕裂度为862mN,吸水性为18.7g/m^2,各指标均已接近或达到纸基壁纸原纸的国家标准,初步确定超声波麦草浆具有较好的配抄性能。Ultrasound pulp has the characteristics of simple process flow, low cost, low energy consump- tion, low pollution and low emission. The proportion of raw materials, the choice and addition effects of fillers and additives on base wallpaper are discussed in the paper. The performance of paper made by ul- trasound pulp is as follows, the opacity is 96~, the tensile strength is 5.41kN/m, the wet-strength is 0. 76kN/m, stretch ratio is 0.87%-0.98%, the tearing strength is 862mN, the water absorption is 18. 7 g/m^2. The test value of these paper has come close to or already reached the national standard of base wallpaper, the furnish characteristics of ultrasonic wheat straw pulp are determined in the experiment.
