硫化剂硫磺的发展及其在密封纸板中的应用前景

摘　　要：介绍了硫磺作为硫化剂的发展历程,概述了不同硫磺形态的特点和硫化机理。分析了硫磺硫化剂在密封纸板中的应用现状和前景。强调硫化对于生产密封纸板的重要性,合适的硫磺形态可以保证硫化反应正常进行以及提高产品质量。提出了将硫化胶乳应用到密封纸板的构想。The development course of sulfur as curing agent and their vulcanization mechanism was intro-duced. Application and prospect of sulfur curing agent in sealing board industry was analyzed. Suitable sulfur morphology can guarantee the normal curing reaction and improve the quality of products. The in- tent of our work is to emphasize the importance of vulcanization for sealing board. Putting forward the proposition that appling vulcanized latex into sealing paperboard is also our intent.
