摘　　要：国家实施的卓越法律人才培养计划,使卓越法律人才培养成为每个法学院校系的任务。河北工业大学法学专业是全国法学教育中的新兵,一直致力于卓越法律人才培养。坚持采取有教无类;构建理论、实践和创新三者有机结合的专业人才培养方案体系;开展实践教学一体化建设;实施本导师制等办学思路,通过四个方面十个具体切入点,构建多个保障组织机构,对学生的知识、能力和素养进行全方位的培养。Excellent legal talents training plan. Excellent legal talents training is task of each college of law system.Hebei Industrial university legal science specialized is recruits in the law education in China,has been working to excellent legal talents training. To take without discrimination;construction of theory,practice and innovation of the three organic combination of professional personnel training system;to carry out the construction of practical teaching integration;implementation of the tutorial system,etc. the idea of running a school,through four aspects ten concrete breakthrough point construct multiple security organization,on students＇ knowledge,ability and quality of a full range of training.
