摘　　要：微商发展迅速,成为在校大学生创业的一种发展潮流。作者通过大量的调查,证实了大学生微商行为会给学习与生活带来的积极或消极影响,并针对这些影响提出较为有效的改进方案,该方案有利于引导大学生微商创业的健康发展,使更多的人科学地认识微商。Micro business has developed rapidly and it becomes a development trend of College Students＇ Startups.The writers of this paper carried out a large number of investigations that proved the positive and negative effects of the micro business on the study and life of College students. Writers propose a series of highly effective improvement schemes for these effects. Schemes help guide the healthy development of college students starting a micro business and make more people understand the micro business scientifically.
