摘　　要：目前的研究生主要是"90后",根据研究生的培养目标和"90后"学生的时代特征,其入党动机日趋多元化且有自身特点。本文通过调查问卷的方式,在医科和理科研究生中开展调查,分析了研究生入党动机的类型,并提出了端正研究生入党动机的措施。Current graduate students were mainly born after 1990＇s,according to the training goal of graduate students and the characteristics of the times ＂post-90s＂ students,their Party motivation has become increasingly diversified and has their own characteristics. In this paper,through the way of questionnaire,an investigation in the medical and science graduate students,the author analyses the type of graduate students to join the Party motivation,and proposed measures to correct the motivation of graduate students to join the Party.
