摘 要:在现有的教育制度中,本科生和研究生的教育有着不同的培养目标和培养方式,二者有较大的差异和独立性。本文在对本硕融通创新性培养模式进行了探索与实践的基础上,从本科教育和研究生教育的异同着手进行论述,探索本硕融通创新性培养模式,并对其实践成效进行阐述,以期充分实现本科生和研究生的协同培养,相互促进,实现本硕创新型人才的培养目标。In the current system of education,undergraduate and graduate education have different training objectives and training methods,the two are different and independent. This paper based on the exploration and practice of the pattern of financing innovation of training undergraduate,postgraduate education from the similarities and differences between undergraduate education and research discuss,explore the mode of financing innovation of training the master,and elaborates on its achievements in practice. In order to fully realize the undergraduate and graduate cooperative training,promote each other,to realize the goal of cultivating undergraduate innovative talents.
