陇东黄土高原区肉牛产业化及饲草资源生产潜力分析——以甘肃省平凉市崆峒区为例

摘　　要：通过对甘肃省平凉市崆峒区肉牛养殖户分布、饲养水平、养殖规模、草地资源、饲草结构及供需关系进行研究,结合区域气候环境、饲草品种、土地流转及种养政策对现有饲草的供应模式,适宜的草种遴选,饲草轮供优化,饲草产品的深加工及控制饲养成本等方面进行分析。提出充分利用当地天然草地资源、引入适宜饲草品种、增加人工牧草比例、促进饲草加工多样化,立足于饲草结构调整,建立饲草结构—家畜产业发展耦合系统,加快当地草地农业及肉牛养殖业的良性发展,有利于草食畜牧业扩大规模养殖及产业化经营。Many factors including farm distributions, feeding levels, husbandry methods, grassland resources, forage structures, supplies and demands were surveyed, combining with local areal climate and environment, forage species,planting mode, polices of land transfer and livestock husbandry. Some effective measures were suggested on forages supply mode, cultivated forages introduced and selected, annual forages planting optimization, forage products deeply processing and feeding cost control. Specific measures were as follows, full use of local natural grassland resources,introducing suitable forage species, increasing cultivated forages proportion, diversity process on forage products to promote local grassland farming and beef cattle husbandry industry, establishing coupling system on forages structure and livestock industry, which will be benefit to livestock husbandry widely industrial farming and management.
