摘　　要：论文系统阐述了《中越北部湾渔业合作协定》签署背景、协定内容,从建立管理机制、组织渔民培训、入渔渔船安排、协定水域监管等方面介绍了我国开展的工作,并对协定执行情况进行了总体评价。This paper systematically expounds the background of Fishery Cooperative Agreement in Beibu Gulf between the People＇s Republic of China and the Socialist Repubulic of Vietnam, the contents of the agreement, introduces the work of our country from the aspects of establishing management mechanism, carrying out the training of fishermen, the arrangement of fishing boats, the management of the agreemental waters, etc. and evaluates the implementation status of the agreement.
