摘 要:以企业生命周期理论为基础,采用理论分析和实证调研等方式,对海洋文化旅游企业发展进行研究,初步确定中国海洋文化旅游企业的发展阶段,通过强化海洋文化的引领作用、构建海洋文化旅游企业综合体、推进国际合作等措施,力促海洋文化旅游企业转型发展,以此有力地支撑海洋强国和文化兴国战略的实施,凝聚和扩展海洋文化,提振海洋经济。On the basis of corporate lifecycles theory, the article makes some study on the development of ocean culture and tourism enterprise by means of theoretical analysis and practical research, and confirms the development stage of ocean culture and tourism enterprise in China. The research conclusions will help the ocean culture and tourism enterprise change the mode of development by strengthening the leading role of ocean culture, establishing the enterprise complex of ocean culture and tourism, stimulating the international cooperation. And the new development mode of ocean culture and tourism enterprise can promote the implement of national strategy on ocean and culture.
