摘　　要：笔者结合从事固定式压力容器监督检验的经验,对TSG21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》在修订的总体思路、修订的基本原则、以及在监督检验通用要求方面的一些变化进行了探讨。Combing with the author＇s experience of engaging in stationary type of pressure vessel supervision and inspection, this paper takesdiscussion of the general idea, basic principles and changes in the general requirements for supervision and inspection of TSG21-2016 Stationary Type of Pressure Vessel Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation.
