摘  要:针对目前广泛使用的烟尘测量方法普遍存在无法在线连续测量、价格昂贵、效率低下等问题,设计一种基于PLC的等流速在线烟尘采样控制装置,该装置使用PLC和WINCC上位机对采样数据进行实时处理,并对系统各部分进行实时监控,实现烟尘采样的等速采样要求。装置目前安装于太原第二热电厂,现场应用表明:该装置实现了等速采样控制以及在线监测与无人值守,对于监测各电厂烟尘排放含量具有重要意义。Aiming at some problems that about the measurement method of soot sampling widely used at present, such as in- capable on line continuous-control, expensive price and low efficiency, an advanced control device design for constant velocity on- line soot sampling based on PLC was put forward in this paper.The device used PLC and WINCC to process the sampled data on time, and monitor of the various parts of the system on time, and requirements of constant velocity sampling for soot sampling.This device was installed in Taiyuan second thermal power plant at present.The field'application shows that this design can realize constant velocity control, online monitoring and unattended running, and it has important implications for monitoring the soot emission in each power plant.
