摘 要:地层出水是气体钻井安全作业的重大风险,针对传统监测响应速度慢等不足,设计了基于新型湿度传感器和Zig Bee无线传感网技术的气体钻井地层出水模拟监测系统。该系统由3部分组成:搭建模拟环境,具有数据采集和传输功能的下位机,以及基于C#语言开发的具有实时显示功能的上位机软件。该系统模拟了地层出水环境,构建无线传感网络,通过湿度传感器快速监测气体钻井模拟环境的返回气体湿度,并且在上位机上实时显示,对气体钻井地层出水的监测有一定的参考价值。Formation water is a major risk in gas drilling safe operation, in view of the traditional monitoring response slow problem, based on the new humidity sensor and ZigBee wireless networking technology, a simulate monitoring system for formation water influx during gas drilling was designed. The system consists of three parts : building simulated environment, the lower machine has the function of data acquisition and transmission, and PC software based on the developed C# language which can real-time display.The system simulated the formation water environment, built wireless sensor networks, quickly monitored return gas humidity by humidity sensor,and real-time displayed on the upper computer,and it has a certain reference value for the monitoring of the formation water influx during gas drilling.
