摘 要:根据城市公共安全管理的需求,设计并实现了一种基于物联网的燃气管网泄漏检测系统。采用高精度压电式动态压力传感器、无线传感器网络和GPS模块实现泄漏瞬变压力波信号的实时同步采集。为保证数据远程传输的实时性和可靠性,采用4G模块MC7710和STM32F405RG微处理器完成了4G网关的设计。远程数据中心采用基于互功率谱相位的广义互相关时延估计方法对现场信号分析和处理,实现了管网中燃气泄漏点的定位。实验结果表明,该系统数据传输稳定可靠,泄漏定位准确度高,能够满足燃气管网泄漏检测的需要。According to the needs of urban public safety management, the leakage detection system for natural gas pipeline network was designed based on the internet of things.The high precision piezoelectric dynamic pressure sensors and wireless sensor network and GPS module were applied to realize real-time synchronous acquisition function of leakage transient pressure waves.In order to guarantee the real time and reliability of remote data transmission ,the MC7710 module and STM32F405RG microprocessor were applied to complete the design of gateway of 4G.The time delay estimation method of generalized cross-correlation based on cross power spectrum phase was used to analyze and deal with the site signal in remote data centre, and the leakage position was located successfully in natural gas pipeline network.Experimental results demonstrate that the system has advantage of reliable data transmission and high accuracy for locating the leakage position, and it can meet the requirements of leakage detection for natural gas pipeline network.
