摘  要:针对目前垃圾焚烧场、焚化炉中高温气体的流速监测中存在的问题,设计了一种高温热流热线式风量变送器。采用铂热电阻作为加热对象,采用恒温差控制电路,通过改变加热的电流使气体带走的热量得以补充,金属丝的温度差保持不变,消除了由于环境温度的变化对测量精度的影响,扩大了应用范围。变送器工作一段时间后需要进行重新标定,在设计上采用红外遥控技术,有效地解决了电位器受振动影响问题。使用前的标定、调零等工作可通过遥控器完成,方便使用与安装,增强了产品的可靠性。此外,采用进行传感器信号线形化处理,检测精度高。According to the problem of flow velocity monitoring of high temperature gas in garbage furnance, a high temperature heat hot-wire type air flow transmitter was designed.With platinum RTD as a heating object with constant temperature difference control circuit, by changing the heating current gas heat away to replenish, leaving the wire temperature difference remains the same, thus the measurement accuracy influenced by environment temperature change was eliminated, and the range of applications was widened.Working for some time, the transmitter needs to be re-calibrated.In the design of infrared remote control technology,the vibration influence effect was effectively solved.Calibration and zeroing work before use can be done through your remote control, making it easy for use and installation, thus enhancing the reliability of the product. In addition, the multi segment two interpolation method was used to deal with the sensor signal linearization, and the detection accuracy is high.
