摘　　要：布比卡因为临床上广泛使用的酰胺类局麻药,但目前其常规浓度0.5%的注射剂单次注射产生不足7 h的局麻镇痛作用,药效作用时间较短,需要持续注射来维持治疗。如今开发单次使用的布比卡因长效制剂成为各学者研究的重点及方向,本文就布比卡因的微球、脂质体、凝胶和微囊等缓释长效剂型的研究以及进展加以综述。Bupivacaine is an amide local anesthetics and widely used in clinical treatment. However, 0.5% ordinary concentration of bupivacaine produced analgesic effect less than 7 h. So continuous injection is needed. Now the development of bupivacaine long-acting formulations became the focus and direction of research. In this paper, research on microspheres, liposomes, gels and microcapsules of bupivacaine were reviewed.
