摘  要:在Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷中,Mo2C常被用来提高Ti(C,N)和金属相Ni之间的润湿性。随着Mo2C价格的上涨,WC作为替代品引起了人们的广泛关注。研究了WC含量对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷Ti(C0.7N0.3)-xWC-15%Ni显微组织的影响。研究结果表明,添加的WC都能固溶到TiC0.7N0.3中和(或)溶解到黏结相Ni中,显微组织都为典型的芯-环结构。当WC含量<15%时,WC对晶粒的细化效果不明显,当WC含量增至20%以上时,金属陶瓷的平均晶粒度明显下降至10μm以下。Mo2C is normally added to improve the wettabihty between Ti(C,N) and Ni in Ti( C,N)-hased eermets. Due to the increasing price of Mo2C,mueh attention has been paid to Ti(C,N)-based cermets with WC addition. In this paper,effect of WC content on the microstructure of Ti(C0.TN0.3 )-xWC-15% Ni eermets free of Mo2C was studied. The experimental results show that all the WC had been solid solved with TiC0.TN0.3 or dissolved into Ni binder phase,and all the cermets have core-rim structure. WC has a strong effect of grain refinement on microstructure (average grain size is below 10 μm) when WC content is above 20%.
