摘 要:目的采用磁共振波谱(magnetic resonance spectroscopy,MRS)和m DIXON-Quant两种方法测量同一组患者L3椎体骨髓脂肪分数(fat fraction,FF),比较两种方法测量结果的相关性。方法对50例行腰椎MRI检查的患者均进行MRS和m DIXON-Quant扫描,获取L3椎体FF。结果 MRS和m DIXON-Quant测量L3椎体FF类内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)是0.888(P=0.000),通过Bland-Altman分析发现50例配对数据95%一致性界限(-14.201,14.508),2%(1/50)的点在95%一致性界限以外。结论 MRS和m DIXON-Quant对椎体骨髓脂肪含量的测量高度相关,m DIXON-Quant可用于评价椎体骨髓脂肪含量,未来可能得到更广泛的应用。Objective To compare the measurements of bone marrow fat between magnetic resonance spec- troscopy (MRS) and mDIXON-Quant. Methods MRS and mDIXON-Quant scans were performed in 50 patients ( 19 males and 31 females) aged 30 to 86 years ( mean age 58.4 years) with routine lumbar MRI examination to quantify the bone marrow FF of the L3 vertebra which had no obvious deformation. Signal intensity in mDIXON- Quant was analyzed from the same location and size of the single-voxel 1H MRS measurement. Results Correlation between the two MR methods measured bone marrow FF was 0. 888 by ICC ( P = 0. 000) in the L3 vertebra. The paired difference data in 50 cases was d = O. 153, the standard deviation of difference was 7. 167, and the 95% consistent boundaries was ( - 14. 201, 14. 508) by Bland-Altman analysis. There was only 2% (1/50) points outside the 95% consistency boundaries by Bland-Ahman analysis. Conclusion There are good correlations be- tween MRS and mDIXON-Quant for bone marrow fat quantification. MDIXON-Quant is a potentially useful tool in evaluating the bone marrow changes, which may be more widely used.
